To put this into perspective, even a small drop in uptime can significantly increase service disruptions. The graph illustrates how different uptime percentages translate into downtime in hours per year.

The difference between 97% (sounds high, right?) and 99,999% is almost 262 hours annually i.e. 22 hours every month.

In Q4/20024 all our +60.000 connected EV charging points had an average Success Rate of 92,1%, but some models/ firmware have a Success Rate of 60% and some are 98,7%.
