Meet eMabler at icnc26 in Berlin

icnc26 brought around 10,000 people from across EV charging to Berlin Tempelhof for three days: charge point operators, energy companies, hardware manufacturers and platform providers. Five stages, 130+ speakers, and a Tech Village built around interoperability in practice. The theme was "Collaboration at Scale: Establishing the Open Smart Charging Ecosystem".
We spent three days at booth F3 talking about our new Managed Services.
What we brought to icnc26
Top of the list is Managed Services. The short version: we take on the daily operational work of your charging network.
Every operator knows the pattern. The socket that drops offline. The session that hangs. The charger that needs the same reboot every week. Individually trivial, collectively a full-time job.
That's the job Managed Services takes on. Your network is watched around the clock and most faults are fixed before a driver notices. Chargers rebooted, faulty sockets paused, firmware and configuration pushed. You see how the network is performing against agreed targets, so performance is a number, not an opinion. You keep what matters: your pricing, sites, data, and above all the customer relationship.
At the booth we walked through integration timelines, operational workflows, and what implementation actually takes for operators weighing a migration from another charge point management system. Others came to talk about the driver experience, tariffs, roaming, or scaling across multiple markets. Those are questions our team works on every day.
And a fair few people just wanted to argue about OCPP interpretations, or where AI genuinely helps in operations.
