Recognizing excellence in EV charging
The eMabler Awards recognize the charging operators and hardware manufacturers delivering the most reliable EV charging in Europe. The winners are determined by real-world performance data across all charging attempts, the ones that started a charging session and the ones that did not. To qualify, operators and manufacturers need at least 50,000 charging attempts over January to October 2026.
Because ultimately, reliability comes down to a simple question: did the charge work? On a platform that handles more than 1,300,000 charging sessions a month, we track how often that happens across every charging attempt. That number is the Success Rate, and it forms the foundation for the Awards.
Year after year, our goal is to create a growing body of evidence showing what reliable charging looks like in practice, backed by numbers the industry can see, compare and learn from, while celebrating the operators and manufacturers who deliver successful EV charging at scale.
View the 2026 categoriesReliable, easy charging depends on three things working as one: the charger, the operator who runs it and the platform that connects them. Our network data shows which operators and charger manufacturers did it best this year, and the eMabler Awards celebrate them.”
It all comes down to Success Rate
Success Rate is the share of charging attempts that lead to a started charging session. We calculate it from real-world data on the eMabler platform, counting every plug-in as one attempt, including the ones where charging never starts. The result reflects what drivers actually experience at the charger.
To keep the ranking fair, there is a minimum bar to qualify:
- 10 months: data gathered on the eMabler platform from January to October 2026
- 50,000 minimum charging attempts
Powered by Data Insights
Winners of the eMabler Awards are chosen on real-world performance data from Data Insights, our proprietary analytics platform. It tracks millions of charging sessions, with success rates, socket availability, utilization, energy consumption and recurring errors.

A charging session works only if the operator’s network and the manufacturer’s hardware both hold up, so we measure each one separately.
