Helsinki, Finland – November 11, 2025 - eMabler proudly names Aneo Mobility as the recipient of its third eMabler Award of 2025, in the category Most Reliable EV Charging Operator.

The recognition follows a detailed analysis of over 10 million charging sessions across Norway, the Nordics, and Europe, conducted through eMabler’s open data platform.

The eMabler Awards celebrate one simple idea: trust in charging. When drivers plug in, charging should just work, and the data proves it. With Aneo Mobility, 99 out of 100 charging sessions succeed, setting a new benchmark for reliability in the European EV market.

Data-Driven Proof of Excellence

Every month, eMabler’s API-based platform monitors and analyzes over one million charging sessions for operators across Norway and Europe. The data is processed through eMabler Insights, the analytics layer designed to measure and benchmark performance across uptime, success rate, service levels, and user experience.

When reviewing millions of sessions across ten countries, Aneo Mobility stood out for one reason: consistency. Their network delivers between 98 and 99 percent successful sessions month after month, setting a new standard for reliability in a mature EV market like Norway.

"This is about trust. When people plug in their cars, they need to know it will work, and with Aneo Mobility, it does," says Juha Stenberg, CEO and Founder of eMabler. "That’s why Aneo Mobility is the winner of the eMabler Award 2025. They’ve become the benchmark for operational reliability in the mature Norwegian EV market."

Building Quality That Lasts

Reliability is quickly becoming the defining competitive metric for charge point operators. Uptime alone doesn’t tell the full story, what really matters to EV drivers is whether their charging session completes successfully, every time.

In our analysis, this success rate is the key metric that builds trust. It reflects the real-world experience of plugging in and driving away with a charged battery.

“Uptime alone doesn’t tell the whole story. What truly matters to EV drivers is whether the car charges, smoothly and without error. With high uptime like Aneo Mobility’s, the core infrastructure stays operational, while the success rate reflects the actual user trust. That’s the metric that truly counts,” says Juha Stenberg.

"From day one, our goal has been clear: to build lasting quality so it works for our customers — every time, every day," says Kristin Sæterøy, CEO of Aneo Mobility. "This award proves that thoroughness and long-term thinking pay off. It’s not just about technology — it’s about safety, stability, and predictability."

"The proof is in the data," adds Mari Moxnes Karlsen, Chief Product Officer at Aneo Mobility. "We’ve built a platform engineered for stability. Through continuous monitoring, real-time analytics, and proactive fault detection, we fix issues before they affect users. That’s how we achieve the industry’s highest uptime and seamless charging — every day, all year round.

Engineering Quality into Every Detail

Aneo Mobility’s achievement didn’t happen by chance. The company has built reliability into the DNA of its operations.

Through Aneo Pulse, their proprietary monitoring and operations system, Aneo analyzes millions of data points daily to detect potential issues before they impact users. Real-time analytics and proactive fault management allow the operator to prevent downtime rather than react to it.

"With Aneo Pulse, we see trends and signals early — allowing us to act before problems occur,"
says Karlsen. "That’s how we maintain high uptime and user confidence."

According to Leif Egge, Country Manager Norway at eMabler, Aneo Mobility’s performance is “in a league of its own”:

"Delivering 98–99% successful charging sessions means that 99 out of 100 times, the car charges exactly as it should. No other operator in our ecosystem matches this level," says Egge. "It’s the result of technical excellence, solid craftsmanship, and a long-term strategy for operational reliability."

A Model for the Industry

In a mature EV market like Norway’s, where drivers have come to expect reliable charging, the difference between “good” and “truly great” service becomes clear.

"When everything works, you don’t think about it; but when charging fails, you realize how vital stability is,” says Stenberg. "Aneo Mobility has built reliability into every layer, from hardware and software to customer support. That’s how you build lasting trust."

Aneo Mobility’s long-term approach also places the company ahead of the EU’s new AFIR regulations for charging reliability and uptime.

"Aneo Mobility exceeds the coming requirements, combining high uptime with the industry’s leading success rate. They’re setting a new standard for dependable EV charging in Europe," adds Stenberg.

Pursuing Perfection in Every Charge

"No system is completely flawless, and even factors like misconnected cables can affect success rates,"
adds Karlsen. "But the goal must always be as close to 100% as possible. Every successful charge builds user confidence — and this award confirms that our technology delivers at the highest level."

The partnership between Aneo Mobility and eMabler began in 2022 to strengthen operational reliability and scalability. By using eMabler’s API-based cloud platform, Aneo has expanded its services without disruption, maintaining consistent, high quality.

"Aneo Mobility shows how strong operations, high technical quality, and clear leadership combine to deliver measurable results," concludes Stenberg. "They embody what the eMabler Award stands for: companies that take initiative, build quality, and deliver performance."
