Hardware Testing
Each charger completes over 50 controlled test cases where we inspect 100+ behaviors, messages, and edge cases from startup and configuration to live charging sessions and remote operations.
Communication Stability
We validate all mandatory OCPP messages, monitor 24-hour continuous sessions, and require ≥99.8% connection stability to pass. Testing also covers session reliability across firmware versions, interoperability with cloud systems, and long-term performance during software updates.
Success Rate Calculation
We track every vehicle connection event and check that a charging session starts and finishes without errors after the initial handshake. Success is calculated hourly for each charger, weighted by idle time, so low-usage chargers don't distort the real success rate.
